Testimonials

Client feedback

“I loved your openness about not always knowing — that gave me permission to reflect without pressure. It felt like an invitation, not an obligation. I really appreciated that.”  Trainee Counsellor

“Person-centred support for a wide range of needs — I’d recommend this to anyone looking to explore inclusion beyond buzzwords.” Trainee Counsellor

“I thought the training was absolutely brilliant — insightful, clear, and very much needed in our industry. I would definitely recommend it to others.” Trainee Counsellor

“I felt reassured as information was not new to me but was shared in such a refreshing way — it gave me the confidence to be more active in naming what I already sensed.” Anon

“It made me feel interested to challenge myself and stay aware in all areas of my practice.” Anon May 2025

“Kuldeep has helped me understand how I can embrace my ADHD as a unique way of thinking and functioning. I have discovered new ways of making the world work for me, and have found a career that I thrive in”.  Anonymous

“Thank you for the time and care you brought to our counselling sessions. You helped me see both past and present experiences differently and showed me how powerful reflection can be. Your calm, non-judgemental tone made it easy to open up, and I always felt truly listened to and remembered. The three-chair exercise (past, present, and future self) was especially powerful, helping me accept my past and feel excited about the future. I’ve taken a lot forward from our work together.” Anonymous

"I really felt like I could offload and just learn that it’s ok, regardless of what it was, I haven’t opened up the way I have with you. I was in such a low mood but honestly feel positive now and have started to sleep better which I have not done in a long time, thank you”.  Anonymous

“Enthusiastic and reflective, I'm an EDIE trainer myself and yet I left with new ways to express and apply what I thought I already knew.”  Diversity in Therapy May 2025

“You made sure to include everyone who wanted to speak and acknowledged when someone hadn’t. You made us feel included. You included so many examples and spoke with such compassion and honesty. You made this safe for me.” Anon

Consultation and Follow-Up

An initial consultation is offered by phone or video call. This provides space to ask questions and sense whether my way of working feels right for you.

If you decide not to continue, there is no pressure to explain. After an agreed period, if I do not hear back from you, I will not follow up further. This is to avoid any sense of pressure and to respect your space while you decide what feels right. Finding the right counsellor is an important part of the process.
